- When an employer, staffing firm, or recruiter (a "Customer") uses SorsX to manage its hiring process, that Customer is typically the controller of candidate data, and SorsX processes candidate data on the Customer’s behalf as a service provider/processor.
- Separately, SorsX may operate the SorsX Candidate Database used for sourcing, matching, headhunting, and enrichment features (including profiles derived from publicly available sources and/or contributed through SorsX workflows). For the SorsX Candidate Database, SorsX may act as an independent controller.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website visitors, customer representatives, users of the Services, and (where relevant) individuals whose information may appear in the SorsX Candidate Database.
1. Personal Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We may collect business contact and account information such as name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, username and password, and communications you send to us.
If you make a purchase or subscription, we collect billing details and transaction information. Payment card information is processed by our payment processors (for example, Stripe) and is not stored by us except as permitted by law.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, log data, and interactions with the Services.
1.3 Customer-Submitted Content
Customers may submit job postings, candidate resumes, pre-screening responses, interview responses, audio/video recordings, transcripts, and evaluation information. We process such information on behalf of Customers under contract and applicable data protection laws.
1.4 Information from Publicly Available Sources
We may collect and process information from publicly available sources to build, enrich, and maintain the SorsX Candidate Database, including professional history, skills, education, and contact information where lawfully available.

You may opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link or reply "STOP" to SMS or WhatsApp messages where offered.

You may request removal from the SorsX Candidate Database via our "Remove My Info" form.
